Will the form slow down my website?

Where do submissions go?
All submissions go directly to your formwhale dashboard, exactly the same as if the respondent filled out the form on formwhale.com. You can also set up email notifications for each new response.
Can I embed the same form on multiple pages?
Yes. Copy the same embed snippet and paste it wherever you need it. Every submission is recorded in your dashboard with the page URL so you can see which page it came from.
Do I need a paid plan to embed forms?
