Real forms for multilingual churches

Whether your congregation spans two languages or twenty, formwhale makes it easy.

Bilingual Registration Forms

Run English + Spanish services? Build one form that works for both congregations. Field labels and UI adapt to whichever language your members prefer.

Multilingual Event Sign-ups

International Mission Trip Forms

Medical consent, travel waivers, and emergency contacts — in the language spoken at your destination. Ideal for mission teams going abroad.

Volunteer & Membership Forms

Welcome new members from immigrant communities with forms in their first language. Volunteer sign-ups, membership applications, and more.

Children & Youth Programs

Children's ministry registration, youth group sign-ups, and camp waivers that parents can read and complete in their own language.

Global Nonprofit Intake

Nonprofits serving refugees, international students, or immigrant families can collect intake forms in the language each client actually reads.

How it works

How multilingual forms work in formwhale

1

Build your form once

Create your form in the builder using our drag-and-drop editor. Set your field labels, sections, and logic as you normally would.

2

Set the form language

Choose any of 20+ supported languages in the form settings. UI elements like "Submit", "Required", and validation messages automatically render in that language.

3

Use AI for bilingual fields

With your own AI key, describe your form in natural language — "Bilingual English + Spanish registration form for summer camp" — and the AI builds it with translated labels side-by-side.

Frequently asked questions

What does "multilingual support" actually mean in formwhale?
When you set a form's language, all built-in UI text — Submit button, Required field indicators, validation error messages, date picker labels — renders in that language automatically. Your custom field labels are whatever you type; the AI form generator can help you create bilingual labels from a single prompt.
Can I have one form with both English and Spanish labels?
Yes. You can manually type bilingual labels (e.g., "First Name / Nombre") in any field. With the AI form builder, describe what you need — "bilingual Spanish + English registration form" — and the AI generates labels in both languages side by side.
Does formwhale support Arabic and other right-to-left languages?
Yes. Arabic and Urdu are supported with proper RTL rendering. The public form view applies the correct text direction automatically when you set the form language to Arabic or Urdu.
Is multilingual support available on the free plan?
Yes. All 20+ languages are available on every formwhale plan, including the Free tier. There are no language add-ons or premium language packs.
What languages are supported for the AI form builder?
The AI form builder (using your own Gemini, OpenAI, or Claude key) can generate forms in any language you describe. Just write your prompt in English and specify the target language — "registration form with all fields in Korean" — and it handles the translation in the generated form structure.
