Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes. You can start with the free plan and upgrade at any time. There's no time-limited trial — use the free plan for as long as you need to evaluate formwhale.
Do you charge per submission?
No. Unlike some competitors, we never charge per submission. Free plan includes 100 submissions/month; Pro is unlimited.
Is AI form generation included?
Yes, on all plans including Free. We use a BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) model — you provide your own API key from OpenAI, Google Gemini, or Anthropic. With Gemini's free tier, AI generation costs you $0.
Can I cancel my Pro plan?
Yes, anytime. Your plan downgrades to Free at the end of your billing period. Your forms and submission data are preserved.
Do you offer nonprofit or church discounts?
