Do you charge per submission?
No. Unlike some competitors, we never charge per submission. The free plan includes 100 submissions/month; Growing gives you 5,000; Community is unlimited.
Is AI form generation really included?
Yes, on all plans including Free. We use a BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) model — you provide your own API key from OpenAI, Google Gemini, or Anthropic. With Gemini's free tier, AI generation costs you $0.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, anytime. Your plan downgrades to Free at the end of your billing period. Your forms and submission data are preserved.
